Below you'll find my current fees, the funding options available, and what to expect around cancellations.

NDIS Self Managed participants - Therapy

NDIS plan-managed participants - Therapy

Funding options
Medicare / Better Access to Mental Health Care
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year. Your GP can advise whether you qualify and provide a referral. The rebate reduces your out-of-pocket cost per session. You do not need a referral to book with me - but if you'd like to access the rebate, it's worth speaking to your GP before your first appointment.
Private Health Insurance
Some private health funds offer rebates for counselling and accredited mental health social work services, depending on your level of extras cover.
Check directly with your fund before your first appointment to confirm what you're entitled to.
NDIS
As a sole trader, I am an unregistered NDIS provider.
I am able to work with participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.
I am not able to accept agency-managed (NDIA-managed) participants.
Spaces for plan-managed clients are limited — please get in touch to discuss availability before booking.
Private / Out of pocket
Sessions can be accessed without a referral or health fund. No referral is needed.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are carefully set aside to support you.
When sessions are missed or cancelled late, this can limit access for others seeking support.
This policy helps ensure fairness, consistency, and continuity of care.
You will receive an email reminder 4 days before your session. If you need to cancel, please do so via:

More than 48 hours - No charge
24–48 hours - 50% of scheduled fee
Less than 24 hours - Full fee applies
No show / non-attendance - Full fee applies
If I am able to fill your appointment from my waitlist, you will not be charged — so as much notice as possible is appreciated.
Please note: late cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or private health insurance.
